Hi Cindi, your thinking just like me, the person who gave it to me

says she got it from her WW meeting.. but when I added it up I also

got closer to the 3 points each..

I can't understand how they got the nutrition count as is stated..I

always thought we could add the points for each item and divide by

the number of servings to get the total points...

I add the recipe at 114.5 total points which tells me they should be

2.86 or 3 points each...

By the way I wonder if the recipe is suppose to be for 48 muffins as

you mentioned. But now as I figure that number I still get 2.38

points each...

Maybe I will make half a batch and cut back on some of the

ingredients and just make sure that I make a note for each one.. Heck

I can buy the packaged mix and make 2 point muffins and have a lot

less work, if they are that many points each..

thanks a bunch....

Kalli,

I would say if you carefully totaled up the ingrediants and came up with 3

points per muffin I would go with that. Unfortunately there have been

several instances where the recipe that someone got from a meeting or

someone at the meeting was not correct as far as points are concerned. I

think it's always a good idea to check these things ourselves. There was a

1 point cookie recipe going around a while back which turned out to be 3 or

4 points when checked.
