Guest guest
, Not really, that's why I am collecting them then presenting a letter with the totals so that it specifically goes to Dr. Ponseti's projects! You can write in the memo section Dr. Ponseti's projects if you would like. Take Care, Charity and Trenton (8-24-00) question on foundation donations Charity, Is there a specific way we should mark our checks to the U of Iowa Foundation so that it's earmarked for Dr. Ponseti and clubfoot education and not just for the general fund? thanks again,
Guest guest
Charity, & all- If anyone wants to send a donation directly at any time, this is the information that I received from Joyce last year. I received a letter back from the U of Iowa Foundation acknowledging receipt of the money and that it was applied to Dr. P's fund. I just placed a note in with the check indicating what it was to be used for and also noted the account number on the memo line. Charity, unless you've heard otherwise, I believe this information is still valid. April 7, 2003 Dear Mrs. Trevillian: There is a fund set up through the University of Iowa Foundation which is identified as Pediatric Foot Research, Account No. 30-522- 030. Donations can be sent to the University of Iowa Foundation, P.O. Box 4550, Iowa City, IA 52244-4550. The money is used at Dr. Ponseti's discretion.
