Guest guest
Hello everyone, My name is and I joined WWs in February of this year. I have lost 35lbs and have not quite 9 pounds to go until I reach my goal. As I get closer to my goal I find myself needing more and more support. My spouse is very supportive and helpful and my mother is also on the WWs program and has been for years. I workout 7 days a week and enjoy swimming in the evenings. Exercise is my strength and I rely on it to provide a boost in my mood regularly. What I am finding I need support with is that now that I am so close to my goal, I don't know if I can be satisfied with the way my body looks at this point. And I don't think this last 8.8 lbs is really going to make the difference I'd like to see. Should I learn to be happy with what I've got or should I adjust my goal until I'm happy with what I see? Any advice would be wonderful! Thanks everyone
