That is what the flex points are for. As long as you don't go over those

flex points (or even if you do), then don't hang your head in shame. Pick

yourself up (emotionally), get new resolve (where ever that comes from) and

look positive on today!

I really do NOT want to post this, but that defeats the whole purpose.

Yesterday I threw good nutrition by the wayside and ate a ton of my flex

points.
