Hi all,

Lunch was a disaster, I had baked ziti and instead of meatballs the

restaurant put breaded chicken in it. 21 points for lunch, ouch. The good

news is that I am trying to up my fruits and vegetables 4 fruit and five

vegetables per day and I made that goal. I ran for one hour in the morning

and lifted weights for 45 minutes this evening.

Breakfast 11.2 points

Egg whites x 2

Egg x 1

Double fiber wheat bread

Orange juice 12oz

Skim milk 12oz

Lunch 21 points

Breaded chicken breast

Pasta 2 cups

Sauce

Mozzarella cheese

*This was a bad choice for lunch

Baked potato

Skim milk

Mixed vegtable

Snacks 1.3 points

Banana
