Guest guest Posted November 15, 2004 Report Share Posted November 15, 2004 Hi all, Lunch was a disaster, I had baked ziti and instead of meatballs the restaurant put breaded chicken in it. 21 points for lunch, ouch. The good news is that I am trying to up my fruits and vegetables 4 fruit and five vegetables per day and I made that goal. I ran for one hour in the morning and lifted weights for 45 minutes this evening. Breakfast 11.2 points Egg whites x 2 Egg x 1 Double fiber wheat bread Orange juice 12oz Skim milk 12oz Lunch 21 points Breaded chicken breast Pasta 2 cups Sauce Mozzarella cheese *This was a bad choice for lunch Dinner 11.6 points V8 vegtable juice Orange juice Baked potato Skim milk Mixed vegtable Snacks 1.3 points Banana Totals Milk 3 Water 6 Fruit 5 Veggie 5 Total points used 45.2 Flex points used 8.7, 19.3 remaining Activity 60 min running 9.6 points 45 min weights 2.9 points Ralph 220/197.5/168 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
