You can ask questions, vent, complain, rejoice, or whatever. We have done it all. I love to read too. I am reading a classic right now. Crime and Punishment by Doyskeski (sp?). I am almost done. Do you like non-fiction too? The last non-fiction I read that was good was Arrogance by Bernie Goldberg. I love mysteries. I am on disability. I have been on it for 7 yrs. in CA Hello to all. Gena is my middle name, which I am using now because I have had some problems (actually one problem) with someone tracking me down (sorry for being semi evasive and paranoid). I live in Albuquerque, New Mexico (40 yrs, since I was 6). I have suffered with lupus (discoid) since 1996 - it went systemic in 1999. I have used many various meds, i.e. prednisone, imuran, arava, plaquenel (sp?) and intraveneous cytoxin. I am presently on Cellcept and I am having really great results - so far no lupus stuff and no side effects. I have had various health problems both because of the lupus and the medications, i.e. lupus - photosensitive, pleurisy, joint problems, skin rashes, protein in my urine; medication - high blood pressure, depression, anxiety, mood swings, menapause, weight gain. I am and have been working, I am an active shopper, reader, enjoy some crafts (when I have time). Thanks for allowing me to be part of your group.
