Guest guest
I have a Tungsten E also, that I just bought after using an M130 for a while. I just love my new toy! And it's great to have all the core foods with me in the grocery store. I also got this program called " HandBase " (http://www.ddlsoftware.com) which is a database program that I use for various work tools. On their website, they have lots of database programs written by users that they uploaded for anyone to use for free. There are a couple of WW programs that are pretty handy, and I even used it to create a little program that I'm using to keep track of Flex points on the Core program, one of the things I find I really need to do. Those 35 points have a way of multiplying if I don't write them down! Guest guest
I used to have a journaling program for my Palm. But when it bleeped and lost all it's info, the program went with it. I have tried to find the program online again - but WW seems to have shut this guy down. Does anyone out there still have the program? Guest guest
I've got it but don't remember where I got it. When I get home I'll look and see if it's still on my computer. Guest guest
is right. At Dotti's Weight Loss Zone, they explain how to get the program: www.dwlz.com Go to the message boards, to the category " Palm Pilot Central " and in the FAQ they tell you to join the Yahoo Group wwcalc-for-palm, and then you go into the files and download the program, plus the lists. Guest guest
I found a site that has several free diet/fitness sharewares that you can download for your palm. I'm still looking through them to decide which one(s) I want. http://palmarchives.com/diet_fitness.html (the other) Beth > > > > > > > ----- Original Message ----- > > > Hi! > > > I'm the one who asked recently if anyone uses a PDA to track > their > > > points.
