Guest guest
Has anyone heard of the Wendi Plan? I was on WW community board and came across discussion on this and I am sending the link. Apparently this plan has helped people who have plateau and it works. I have not reached that point yet as I am still actively losing but I would be open to trying it. Basically you would use a range of points for a week instead of a set amount of points. Like for me I am on a 20 point plan so if I wanted to do this plan i would use: 20 26 21 34-37 20 27 25 By doing this you are making your metabolism work because it doesn't know what is coming next! And technically it looks like you are just using your flex points! Just a thought, may not work for everyone but it worked for the people discussing it on the chat thread. Have a great one! http://groups.msn.com/POINTingMyWaytoaNewLife/theoriginalwendieplan.msnw Regards, Christophe-Perron Christophe-Perron Office Manager Bonaventure Country Club Phone: x8120 Fax:
Guest guest
Hi , I've actually used the Wendi Plan and it did work for me. But I never allowed myself to go as high as their superhigh day. The main thing I found is that varying my points did shake things up and keep my body guessing what was coming next! It worked for me. But....having said that, a WW friend who has lost 120 pounds found that for HER body, she needed to stick to the same number of points each day, with very little variance. So...I'd recommend giving Wendi a try, but keeping in mind that your body will let you know which way is better for it! Good luck!
