Guest guest
I would be careful doing this. It may work great for a while but if you hit a plateau don't be surprised. Your are right, your body will get used to eating at the same time day after day and it will probably get very efficient at it and your weight loss may stall. Kris another idea for keeping on track with points and all Hi, I thought I would post this because its working for me. I had mentioned my plan for staying OP with scheduling times to eat and the amount of points I can eat. I think this is a good way to stay OP because eventually your body will get used to the times you schedule yourself to eat. The best part is that as long as you stick to the plan of points you don't have to be bothered with writing down what time you ate, what you ate, or the amount of points you ate because its in your schedule. I went to the dollar store today and bought a keychain picture holder which I put down the time and points in it so inside it looks like this: 8:00 2 12:00 3 2:00 2 5:00 5 8:00 3 10:00 3 so when I'm hungry, I just look at the time when I can eat and just wait for that time. If I go past a time sometimes I double up the points at the next time slot. If not, I just eat at the time I can and check off the time slot I missed. If I'm ravenous, I fill up on 0 point foods. I plan to make different cards for when I eat out and holidays plus for that time of the month, when its the hardest time to stay OP (chocolate lol!) (maybe a whole bunch of one point foods every hour) Hope I could help someone BTW, can you tell I haven't been working lol! Christy
