Curious. I have to avoid iodine, but the levels in most cheese is quite

small. This is a list and it is important to see it is MICROgrams. We need

some iodine in the diet

RDA's for adults 150 mcg

THE BEST SOURCES OF IODINE

Listed from high to low

Food Amount Micrograms (mcg)

Milk, whole 1 cup 88

Shrimp 3 ounces 31

Egg, boiled hard 1 24

Cheese, American 1 ounce 16

Cheese, cheddar 1 ounce 14
