Guest guest
Apparently there are 3 types of shoes being used now? Is that correct? I have been " off " for a while, so forgive me for asking. I had heard other shoes mentioned but didn't really put much consideration into it until I saw the post talking about the heels being made differently. Grace has pretty much no dorsiflexion in her right foot and her heels according to Dr Herzenberg and Ponseti have not fully dropped. There is still a crease above each and they are round in back.........Anyways, I have wondered if there was something that could be worn that would keep the feet more dorsiflexed. Do either of the new shoes help with the heel position or dorsiflexion?? She is so comfortable in her old shoes, but its time for new and I am willing to pay for the others if they would help her more in any way. I would love to hear what others think. If anyone has pics. of either new style could you email them to me? I think Angel mentioned that one of the styles has a larger heel pocket? What is that for? Any info will be appreciated. Thanks so much, Boothe.....Mommy of Grace ......soon to be 3!!
