howdy all,

i don't know if this has been talked about b/4 but i was wondering

about bottled mineral water. does it have minerals or stuff in it

that is nasty for hypothyroid people? anyone know? thanks.

and cindi , hope you see this---- thank you soooo much for your

suggestion of starting the day with a bigger dose of armour than i

was doing b/4. i feel more with it sooner and longer.

i'm still impatient as hell to get to my optimum dose. i daydream

about chewing up half a bottle........ but i know its baby steps.

thanks again

I see it! Glad this helped. It just seems that if you get enough to really

get you going good in the morning that your body can heal better and y function

better. I think if you keep the morning dose too low, a person is struggling

to hard to feel better.
