Thanks for that Samosia.I also managed to get a " ball park " figure of

$20000 Australian from the Joint Orthopaedic Center in Sydney.So that

is close to your amount and is about $15k US .I think this compares

well with European costs and Australia is definitely on my list for

consideration.
