You can order them from Ease Distributers without a prescription and they

will mail them to your house. They'll charge you $99.95 for the new ones

plus shipping. The number is and they are located in Central

California. They'll have you charge it over the phone. They just ask that

you trace the baby's feet and fax it to them.

Is it that you don't have the Acrobat reader installed or another

problem? If you don't have it on your puter you won't be able to view .pdf

files. It's an easy download, and free. go to www.adobe.com and install

the free version. Then you will be able to view the file.
