Betsy,

I think that you really need to look at what your going through right now. I

don't mean go off of WW by any means. But evaluate where you are and think

about what you can do to further your WW success. Think ahead, in the coming

weeks after surgery you may not be able to earn many AP's. You might also feel

to tired or depressed (common after such a major/life changing surgery) to think

straight about meals.....PLAN ahead for success. Get some meals made ahead of

time and some good foods on hand for quick meals that are points friendly. Also

if friends/family plan to bring you meals after surgery, think portion control

if you don't know the points of the meal.

Also when weighing after surgery remember that some people really bloat after

surgery and also have extra water weight.

If you are really struggling with following WW after surgery, think about things

like " I will eat 5 fruits/veggies today! " Or " I will get off the couch and walk

around the house today 5 times " or " I will drink X amount of water today " .

When your struggling just think of one thing you can do that day that will

continue your WW success!!!

Hugs,

Moe
