Guest guest
Hi Betty. Wow, as far as labwork, you've got a great free t3 result. Good for you. Did you take your Armour before this test, by the way?? Or is that a number after a full night's sleep, and not having taken Armour since the day before? And you have this result on only one grain of Armour? I am impressed. It's a rare bird to see someone get such great benefits from such a small dose. I suspect your thyroid is not as bad yet, as to need more.....and that's good. As far as increasing---remember that the BOTTOM LINE to any thyroid support is SYMPTOMS, not numbers on a piece of paper. Yes, we do tell folks that they might like to get their free T3 at the top of then range, but that's because it's where symptoms will usually all abate. (And some folks here end up having a LOT higher free T3 before they have those symptoms cease!) So.....are you experiencing any symptoms still? If so, you can consider raising in small increments, and not worry how high it may get your free T3. Or, if you feel fantastic, perhaps you are at your optimal dose! ) Janie > I finally got my ft3 test and it is 4.2 range 2.3-4.2 pg/mL > > I cannot believe this.
