I am thinking of taking it twice a day, what do you think Jai, would that be okay to double amount? I also need something to help my heart muscle....do you know what I can take vitamin wise or minerals perhaps, that will help heart? It is very very important for me at this time.

Hi JoAnn,

As far a doubling up on the vitamins, it would probably be better just to take the recommended amount. The reason being is that with certain vitamins the body can only absorb so much and the rest is just eliminated by the urinary and bowels. Vitamins A, D, E, and K are what is called fat soluble and at higher them recommended doses can actually become toxic. (The other vitamins are called water soluble) Just FYI LOL!!!! Also the cost would be a factor because you would be buying twice as much.

I am not sure about any certain vitamins or minerals that are primarily indicated for health of the heart. The best thing to do is to ask your doctor. I would think that for heart health, diet, exercise, not smoking, limit caffeine and things like that would help. What kind of problems do you have with your heart? I was having problems with falling, not like tripping but I would just drop with no indications or symptoms. I had to wear one of those monitors for 24 hours, they put the electrodes on and they attach to a monitor that your wear and it shows how your heart is functioning. Well, thankfully they did not find anything wrong with my heart. Thank God because that is the last thing I need. Eventually it was shown to be neuro related.

How are you feeling these days? I know you said you had been sick. I hope you are having a great day!!! Take care, Love Jai
