The next issue of the Loose Connections will have a little something for the kids (Kidz Corner) and you will find some of the comments has said to me about the conference. It is so important for the kids to see that they are not different, that there are others like themselves who can understand, and to have fun while doing that! We are shaping up to have a pretty impressive kids program this year too! I am really excited. We have a local pediatrician's (Pediatric Rheumatologist) office nurses and staff volunteering to help with the kids. It will be great to have healthcare professionals who work with kids all the time, especially who work with kids with rheumatological problems. We also have some volunteers in Early Childhood education helping too, with projects and games for free time when the kids don't have workshops. Wait to you all get the Loose Connections/Registration Packet........it is awesome. We have really outdone ourselves, I think!
