Guest guest
Hi The first thing I would suggest is to find another doctor. I am 36, have no children and was diagnosed with a 9cm posterior intramural fibroid. I very much want to have children and have opted to have a myomectomy. I'm curious as to why your doctor said you have 18 months to start a family. How can he/she put a time to how fast your fibroids will grow or the effect they will have. Many women get pg with fibroids, many have a myo and then get pg. Talk to a doctor who will answer all of your questions. Research fibroids on the internet and read what the women on this list have to say.
