Each morning I use the treadmill for about 15 minutes, and just recently I began to add resistance bands to try to tone up my flying-squirrel arms (LOL!). I have an upright exercise bike I use a couple of times a week. While on the bike or treadmill, I usually read. Just this week I tried doing a " crunch " but I have a feeling I'm not doing it right. I'm thinking of looking into water aerobics for the fall, during mornings when my kids are at school. But that sounds like a lot of trouble...back and forth, dressing and undressing, etc. Can you tell I'm doing this for health and not because I love it?
