Question about sending photos to Dr P

For those of you who have or do send photos to Dr P, do you send them

as file attachments or just insert the photos into the message. I

ask because I want to comment on some of the photos and it is hard to

do that with them as attachments. (we send Dr P and Dr M photos once

a month to try to catch any new problems right away)
