Guest guest Posted May 17, 2004 Report Share Posted May 17, 2004 Alaya has been in the FAB at night only for almost a year now. Today she was supposed to be napping, but was yelling " I want OUT " . When I finally couldn't take it any more I went into her room and she had every pair of shoes she owns (10 maybe) on the bed. She was crying and said she needed shoes on. I told her she didn't have to wear shoes at nap. She said she needed shoes or her feet would get cold. I finally calmed her and explained that it was hot enough she didn't need shoes. As I think about it I think she thinks she wears her FAB to keep her feet warm, although we have talked about her clubfeet. She even has a clubfeet photo album.
