Guest guest
I'm sorry to hear you're having a section. I have done that 3 times with three happy and healthy babies :~} I always say this to section moms, because I learned the hard way... make sure you take your time to heal and sleep, and don't forget to take your medicine on time. In all seriousness, if you get backed up thinking it's better for nursing or whatever it's no fun trying to get back on track. A pain free mama is a good mama, I have nursed three little ones on some heavy duty drugs... they are just fine. Enjoy your rest time, your babymoon and your sweet little one. I'm sure Jakob will be a great big brother! Maybe baby will turn before the scheduled surgery?? I remember trying to turn my middle child. He kept turning and then turning back, ended up footling and preterm at 36w - what a ride! You take care and make sure to send us pics as soon as you can. Guest guest
Good luck ! I had a C-section with my son, and I know this is easier said than done, but try not to worry about it. I was terrified, but it really wasn't that bad at all. If I ever have a second child, I'd for the C-section again! Just be sure to let hubby take care of the housework, dinner, etc. so you can take care of your new little one, rest, and heal up! and BCF 03/25/2004 DBB 23/7 Checking out for a while > As most of you already know, our second baby boy is due very soon. > We've found out that he's breech and we've gone through an unsuccessful > version (to try and turn him). Guest guest
Just wanted to chime in here...after having had 4 sections, I agree with Kori - take the meds even if you're feeling great (I too learned the hard way ). DO get up and moving around though as soon as possible afterward - it'll help to speed up your recovery. Good luck hon! Daiga > I'm sorry to hear you're having a section. Guest guest
, I've had 4 c-sections. LOL After the first one where 30 hours of induced hell preceded it, a section for the next just was a given. Guest guest
Yeah! Congrats! I had a scheduled c-section for Devlin because she was breech too---it went very smoothly for us and I'm sure it will for you too. Good luck! > > As most of you already know, our second baby boy is due very soon. > > We've found out that he's breech and we've gone through an unsuccessful > > version (to try and turn him).
