Look what the Merck Manual has to say about Acrodynia (mercury

poisoning)

" Acrodynia may be caused by a toxic reaction to mercury or by

hypersensitivity to various substances; exposure to mercury is now

rare. Acrodynia occurs in children and is characterized by oral

ulcerations, profuse salivation, bruxism (clenching or grinding of

teeth), and loss of teeth. "

Acrodynia in Merck Manual can be found at the following link:

My son has all of these symptoms (and many others associated with

mercury poisoning although his pediatrician gave him an " Asperger's "

diagnosis. Things that make you go hmmmmmmm!

I wouldn't call 1 in 6 children rare...would you?

My son was born with an ulcer on that little thing that hangs down

in the back of your throat..(never can remeber the name of that

thing) He is on medication to dry up his excess saliva...Its one

drug I need to get him off of, it doesnt work! He has constant

drooling...even with this medicine. He has lost two of his permanet

teeth.. He has good teeth no cavaties. Just poor gums. He does not

grind his teeth.

The problem here is that the URL you are trying to go to is

very long-- it is split up over three lines below. Notice

how ONE of the lines of text is blue but the 2nd and 3rd

lines are black? Well, that is because has a size

limit on what it will kindly " make into a hyperlink " for

you.

I would suggest that you CAREFULLY copy the 3 lines into

a text editor (line " notepad " ), then make it so that there

are no line breaks -- put the text all on one line (it is okay

if it wraps to the next line, but don't have a " enter "

key typed in). Then copy the entire thing and paste it

into the " location " or " address " in your browser, and go

there.

Then REMEMBER THIS -- it will probably happen to you again :)

good wishes,

Moria
