Hi Barb:

It's very easy to limpn - much easier than not to. My first resurf was Oct.

01 and the second May 03.

I invariably have to concentrate on walking normally because before surgery I

limped for 25 years.

It's a brain thing. As you say, the best part is that you're back to all

activities without the enduring pain.

I had right side resurfaced a year and 4 months ago, left side just

a year ago. I have noticed lately that I am limping on the right

just for the few first steps after sitting for any length of time.

I've had occasional very mild pain on my right but it always seems

to go away. In general my hips are both great and I'm back to all

activities I ever did and have added circut training about 4 months

ago. It's super because you can go at your own pace and I never

feel I overdue.

Anyone have similar experience?
