(number23), I just wanted to say thank you very much for recounting your story.. it was very moving; you wrote it beautifully, and evoked the emotions that so many of us have felt. I'm so sorry to hear how much your had to go through. I remember hearing of you when I first joined this group in 2000.. Think of all the parents you 'charter' moms and dads have helped. I thank you for caring enough to want to help others, like me, who were fumbling along and didn't even know at first how desperate we were for better information, till finding this group.
