Guest guest
If you don't eat your body holds onto the fat. That is for a hypo or none hypo person. That's why low cal only works for a few weeks, then your body shuts off. Kate At 10:00 AM 12/26/2004, you wrote: >Not eating but still gaining?? Guest guest
I'm eating about 6 or more small meals a day now but that's not unusual for me. I don't gain much...only have Buddah Belly...hate that. I'm 4'11 " ..weigh about 120 lbs...highest I ever weighed (not being pregnant) was 126 lbs. That's about average. I'm not fat by any means...just my belly is from poor digestion & candida & prolly low thyroid too. ----- Original Message ----- From: Kate Guynn If you don't eat your body holds onto the fat.
