If you don't eat your body holds onto the fat. That is for a hypo or none

hypo person. That's why low cal only works for a few weeks, then your body

shuts off.

I'm eating about 6 or more small meals a day now but that's not unusual for me.

I don't gain much...only have Buddah Belly...hate that. I'm 4'11 " ..weigh about

120 lbs...highest I ever weighed (not being pregnant) was 126 lbs. That's about

average. I'm not fat by any means...just my belly is from poor digestion &

candida & prolly low thyroid too.
