Maureen had sent a post earlier that lists the core foods and basically what

the program involves. It really just started today, so you really wouldn't

know much about it unless you went to a meeting today or if you are enrolled

in WW online or E Tools. If you refer back to her post from earlier this

morning you will get all the details. A quick and dirty explanation goes

like this: You can eat all you want of the foods in the core group plan and

you don't have to count them. You get 35 points per week to use as you

wish, like for bread, or special occasions which aren't included in the core

plan. Brown rice is included but you can only eat it for one meal a day.

Your activity points will be added to your 35 weekly points.
