Dear and n,

As someone who's hip still feels like it could use anti-inflammatories,

what do McMinn and Treacy advise instead?

Sharry Schneider posted a note on here a few months back about the

Perricone anti-inflammatory diet. I just tried her personal e-mail to

ask more about it, but it bounced back, so wondering if you are still

out there Sharry?

I read with interest your comment that Mr McMinn is against

anti-inflammatories as he thinks they may actually damage cartilage.

This

was also Mr Treacy's belief when I had my hips done in 2001.
