Hi. I am new to the boards. I have stopped and started WW several

times. I lost 35 pounds with 123 Success but have been on and off

with my weight loss. I am at a terrible place physically and

mentally. I hope to stay on track this time. I am hoping this

group and it's messages will help me. I am not going to meetings so

this group will be my support. I don't have the time or money to

attend; however, I will use the books and materials from Winning

Points when I joined a year or so ago.

Welcome! I to just started WW again (about a week and half ago)and

am also not going to the meetings. This group is wonderful for

support, ideas, and just having someone to talk to. If there is

anything you need, just ask.

Hi , welcome! ..I believe there are lots of people in this

group who are losing wonderfully without going to WW meetings. The

support of the members is great. When I started WW it was the Winning

Points and I am still using that one, because I feel more in control

doing it that way myself.. Anytime you have a question, someone will

help ya out..

Heres to you having a great week...~Kallie~

Welcome ; You are going to love this group.

I, like you had joined Weight Watchers so many times over 30 years I stopped

counting, and was only successful once when I stayed long enough to make a

difference. After my youngest daughters' open heart surgery some 20 years ago,

and then, her death 15 years ago, both times,I kind of fell apart. This past

March, I joined again for the umpteenth time, but with total resolve to stay at

it no matter how long it took me. I started at 234, and have taken off 37

pounds. I am at 197, and am also at a plateau this past week that is continuing

I fear. I am going to try Fast Track that they introduced in January of this

year and see if it will work for me again. It did once before very well. I am

on the Flex Plan. Core Plan is not for me at this time. I need more

accountabiity.

I wish for you all the good things, and strengths of will, that will make your

new journey a success. All the best. Pat from K.C.

Thanks for the welcome. I am thinking about rejoining since there

are a lot of new plans out there. The time is a factor for me and

there are no groups where I work and I didn't like the previous

group that I attended. Well time allows for changes and I am

seriously considering rejoining a group.

Itseems like we are in the same " boat " . That is how I felt about

the meetings and I stopped going and did well. When my weight

balloned again, I started the meetings again but could never get to

the point of previous weight loss. My weight loss was slow even

though I was exercising and following the plan.

Good luck and hopefully we will both has success to share.
