Guest guest Posted November 11, 2004 Report Share Posted November 11, 2004 I am so psyched. I lost 2.4 lbs this week and I am really happy with that. I got down to my first 10% (which also happened to be the 25 lb mark) 3 weeks ago and then gained 2.4 lbs the following week. The week after, I lost 1.8 lbs and really expected it to be more so I was a little disappointed. This week I lost the 2.4 lbs and now I feel like I am back. I am now 1.8 under my 10% and the 25lb mark. I am having a dilemma and was wondering if you have any suggestions. I seem to reach a goal and then I gain again. This happened when I reached my first 10 lbs as well as when I reached 25 lbs. I get there then I have a gain. I am staying on program and exercising the same and the weight seems to come off pretty evenly otherwise, but I don't know why this is happening. It doesn't have anything to do with TOM, I have already thought of that and looked into it. Any suggestions?
