All my life I bruised easy and doctors kept telling my parents to keep me on

Vitamin C- lol- Im a vitamin queen- and they do not help with the blood vessels

( bursting ) I still have them burst all the time..... and as for bruising-

only thing I've found really to help aid in the bruise not being so bad in size

is to hurry put ice on it- if no ice - bruise is normally twice the size......

Since I haven't been on here much lately, this has probably been

mentioned before, but in case it hasn't.... Are you on Vitamin C

supplements? Some find these so helpful for these spontaneous

bruising problems... I can't remember how much it is common to take

though... Also, have you tried any of these creams that helps in

getting the bruise to go away sooner? A friend of me who had type IV,

was so happy with these creams, she thought it helped her a lot...
