Guest guest
Your sittuation sounds similar to mine before I had surgery. Lists of the resurfacing surgeons can be found on http://www.ActiveJoints.com For Conserve Plus, http://www.activejoints.com/hipdocs.html For Corin Cormet http://www.activejoints.com/corindocs.html Those pages do not indicate a surgeon in Arizona, but follow the contact link on those pages to contact the manufacturer regarding new surgeons. Note that Medical has recently filed for full marketing approval in the US. If their request is granted, they will begin in mid-2004 to train new surgeons. It is likely that the first to be trained would be those currently performing the Conserve hemi-resurfacing surgery. Subsequently the surgeon base should expand dramatically from the small clinical trial group. Hope that helps, and good luck. - > > > Date: 2004/01/02 Fri PM 06:09:49 EST > To: surfacehippy > Subject: ARIZONA hip resurfacing instead of total hip replacement > > I was told in 2001 that I needed a total hip replacment.
