Your sittuation sounds similar to mine before I had surgery. Lists of the

Those pages do not indicate a surgeon in Arizona, but follow the contact link on

those pages to contact the manufacturer regarding new surgeons. Note that

Medical has recently filed for full marketing approval in the US. If

their request is granted, they will begin in mid-2004 to train new surgeons. It

is likely that the first to be trained would be those currently performing the

Conserve hemi-resurfacing surgery. Subsequently the surgeon base should expand

dramatically from the small clinical trial group.
