Guest guest
" KEEP IT OFF " by Alman is a book selling on Amazon. It's one of those " self hypnosis " thingies - you know what many of us have tried before we got desperate and got serious about WW. I'm glad if it worked for you , but it sure never worked for me. Weight Watchers is only thing which HAS WORKED for me and I've kept off 30 lbs for a year now!!! (woo hoo) is journaling my points and using the WW tools for living. I would like to suggest that attending Weight Watchers meetings costs less than 1 lunch out a week and will be MUCH MORE EFFECTIVE on the long run for making you feel good about yourself. Being with other people in that atmosphere is an extremely healing experience, at least it has been for me. SueW -32 lbs from size 20 to size 14 - smaller than I've been for 30 years!
