Tory -

Okay, so you've analyzed your week. It was normal, by any standards, but

especially by the norm that you've created for your life. So obviously it's

something else that's going on. It could be hormones. It could be extra

humidity in your WA air, that's landed on ya somehow. It could be stress --

yes it could! Stress has a way of manifesting itself in our bodies...maybe

with simple water retention, maybe just with a lot of extra hot air. (that

was meant to be a tension breaker--joke!!) You and I are both under some

added stress right now from external sources....it will pass, things will

get back to normal before we both know it. Stay off the scale except for

your weekly W.I. Why? Because for you, that works best. (For me, daily

weighing works best....don't fuss at me.)

And....try this: Philippians 4:6 & 7 it (yep, that's meant to be a verb).

Claim those verses for your own and apply the " anxiety " part to what's

happening in your life right now. I'm doing that in regards to my own

situation. It has a way of working wonders on the soul......
