Hello All,

I joined you a little over a year ago and got some great advice. I have

Grave's disease, had RAI, had a difficult time finding my dose of

thryroid replacemtn hormones but finally did!

The key for me was to find an endo who listened to ME, and treated my

symptoms, not my numbers. I am very lucky.

While I was recuperating I met a wonderful man, we fell in love and got

married in June! And, we came home from our honeymoon pregnant. I am 40

years old, 14 weeks pregnant, feeling great with no fluctuations in my

levels at all!

I was just wondering if there was anyone out there who has been in the

same situation as I am in. Can anyone give me any advice on things to

look out for, nutrition etc?

Also, for those who are initiating their roade to recovery, I am living

proof that it DOES get better! I am fully recovered and living a

healthy life!

Happy Sunday!

Glad to here you are doing well. Congrats on the honeymoon and being

pregnant. The onyl thing I can suggest is go to

www.thyroidmanager.org

They have a chapter on pregnancy and hypo..I do know your meds need

to be increased during pregnancy so if you are on 100 they up it to

150..
