Guest guest
Jeff, I don't remember the name either and I only had a sip or two of sake. I think I spent most of the time worrying about the bill as I saw the doctors ordering plate after plate of very expensive food and bottle after bottle of limited edition sake! I only had 45 dollars in my pocket! Man, was I relieved when the good doc announced that the bill was " taken care of " . It was so sweet of him to sneak off and do that...what a guy. But back to range of motion...I'm not fretting and am going to be patient. It took me twenty years to get this tight. It's going to take more than six months to get it undone. And as De Smet told me, the other hip could also be causing me to not be able to open my legs very far. I'll be taking another trip to Belgium in the next year and a half or so to take care of that one. And Belgium it will be even though it will soon pass the FDA trials here. I had to drop my insurance because they raised my rates too high. I figured it out that it would cost me as much to get it done in the USA as Belgium by the time I paid the deductable and the 30% co-pay. Besides that, I would have the high premiums on top of it (10% of my income). What a shame that I live in a third world country when it comes to health care... Meanwhile I am banking my insurance money for my next new hip...
