I will meet with my personal trainer once a month just to change up my excercise plan and fitness goals as I attain them. She worked me hard yesterday- we found muscles that I didn't even realize I had! I am excited...and am looking at the aspect of losing the excess weight as a bonus to gaining the benefit of a lifetime of fitness habits which I am building for myself.
