A osteopath wanted to do this on me.

Apparently, they inject a sugar water solution into your joints to cause

inflamation which in turn is suppose to sort of build up tissues in the joint -

the inflamation causes the healing process to start working. This is suppose to

help make the joint more stable.

Maybe it causes scar tissue or something.

I didn't like the sound of this at all. I certainly don't need any more pain in

my joints. She said it would be painful. Of course, inflamation is painful, not

to mention the injection itself.

I have check this out a bit on the internet, and is says that it does help some

people.

I just didn't want to try it.
