OK Everyone,

First of all, there is a huge block of rooms available......all rooms are

very large and accommodating for most EDSers needs. I went to the site and to

register on line there needs to be some kind of code. We will be calling

tomorrow. Whatever is the problem, we can't take care of it today as it is

Sunday.

There is definitely NOT seven conferences at this hotel for the week we have

it booked, as we are the only organization using the conference/banquet rooms.

I have no idea what is going on, but we will clear it up tomorrow. Rooms

for the conference have been blocked out for July 12th-20th, so day before, day

after should not be an issue. Now the only issue I can think of is if

everyone is asking for an ADA room. They do have specific ADA rooms, but

every

room can easily accommodate W/C's as this was a big concern for us and we had

one

with us. All rooms whether they were specified ADA or not were very roomy

and able to accommodate a W/C. I hope this helps and I will have info soon.

As far as the website I am sure all info will be available very soon and it

will all be in the next Loose Connections Registration Packet. So hold tight,

more info to follow.
