I switch off between New Balance 855 and Addiction 5. Of course,

these are Men's models - althought

there are Women's equivalents, I believe. Love both shoes - but

especially the - really cushions well. I'm

a wide width, so my selection is limited - both of these shoes work for me.

I would check out Roadrunner Sports (roadrunnersports.com). You could

search based upon your desired shoe-type -

" Stability " for a medium arch with a neutral running mechanic;

" Cushoned " for a high arch, under-pronator: or like me,

a " Motion Control " shoe for a flat arch, over-pronator.

My DH can only wear New Balance. Every other brand gives him foot problems.

Me, I can wear the cheapest shoes without problem, so I consider myself lucky.

Sacouny Hurricane 6 -- they are the only ones that don't rub a

blister on my heel.
