when to track points

I have to say, ever since I read the post that said you can track

starting at any time as long as it goes for 24 hours, I have been so

much better at controlling my points. Supper has always been my

highest meal, and by tracking that as my first meal (so I start

tracking at 5pm) it is so much easier to control what I have for

points the following day for breakfast and lunch. I've only gone

over my daily allowance 1 time so far, and only by 2 points!
