Tory, you and Roy must be so thrilled and proud just to have the

physical capacity to be *able* to accomplish this, and then to go

out and DO it. So few people can say either of those things. I've

been reading your great site for several weeks now (taking notes!)

and I hope I can be as healthy and fit as you are in time. I'm

working on it! <g>

In the meantime, ***congratulations*** to both of you!

Go for it! IT's really a great feeling to know you did something most other

people won't do, and more importantly something you never dreamed YOU would

do!!
