Hot cider with caramel & whipped cream doesn't have to set you back

hundreds of calories. To make this apple-licious treat at home, mix a

packet of Alpine Sugar Free Spiced Cider with 6 - 8 oz. of water. Add

a teaspoon of T. Marzetti's Light Caramel Apple Dip -- then top with

a small cloud of Fat Free Reddi-Wip. Mmmmm!

You don't want a 510-calorie cup of mint-infused hot cocoa. Forget

fat free hot chocolate (Nestle, Swiss Miss, etc.), then add a shot of

Sugar Free Torani Peppermint syrup, a squirt of Fat Free Reddi-Wip,

and call it a day. A very GOOD day!

Make your own white chocolate frozen fantasy at home. Into 5 oz. of

water, stir in 1 teaspoon of Taster's Choice Vanilla Roast instant

coffee, 2 Splenda packets, and an ounce of Torani Sugar Free White

Chocolate Syrup. Pour into a blender, add 3 - 5 ice cubes, a splash

of original fat free liquid Coffeemate and and 2 oz. of light vanilla

soy milk. Blend on highest speed for 30 seconds. Serve in a tall

glass with a dollop of Fat Free Reddi-Wip. A white chocolate wonder!
