As a general rule 1/2 cup of a vegetable counts as a serving. For raw leafy

vegetables, like lettuce and spinach, a serving is 1 cup.

This is what my WW booklet says.

It took me forever to get this down but the way it was explained to me is...

1/2 cup if the veggies are cooked is one serving

1 cup if the veggies are raw is one serving

As regards vegetables like broccoli and cauliflower, I long ago decided to

adopt Tory's mind-set on this: I did not get fat on broccoli and

cauliflower. I'm not going to bother counting them! My body is going to be

so busy digesting and metabolizing these fresh veggies that any possible

point values are going to cancel themselves out!

But, if you still want to count them, eTools says that 1 1/2 cups of fresh

broccoli is 0 points, whereas 2 cups are 1/2 of a point. One full head of

fresh cauliflower is said to be 2 points.
