I am waiting a bit thinking on it myself... I dont think I can let go of the journalling for one. And I dont know how I would do with out my measuring cup and scale..lol...otherwise I do eat most of the core foods anyway, like the whole wheat stuff...but wow what a great wk!! for you.. I love the Winning Points and that is what I have been sticking with so far...
