In search of Dr Mont experance /Michigan

Dr Mont seems to be the choice if you live in Michigan.

My HMO will not cover me unless the Dr in in their network.

Is their somthing i need to know or tell my insurance that will

allow me to have resurfacing performed out of state. or do I have

to cover the entire cost of the procedure myself. I have HAP

insurance. Has anyone had this problem. Or is this resurfacing

only for the weathy.
