My intentions during the cooking, baking, etc. season are these: Always have a fresh piece of chewing gum in my mouth. It tastes like candy cane, keeps my breath fresh, and I'm less likely to take it out of my mouth to eat something else. Also, I will keep ankle weights on as much as possible. The small ones are only 2.5#. But they remind me of the 2# I just lost and don't want to carry around any more. Besides, they increase the calories burned just walking around. A final PERSONAL thought for the holidays...If I am paying someone to teach me how to reshape my body, then why would I " poo-poo " their advice and fill up on things I really shouldn't be eating?
