procedure. I'd like to know about the long term durability and QOL

(quality of life).

Do a search in the archives - there are many long-termers out there,

and at least for me, the quality of life is FANTASTIC! With no

restrictions, and no pain, what could be better?

Which archives do you mean? Do you have a URL for them?

See top right hand corner - you search all(?) past messages for a key

word or you can go to a specific message.

If you go to:

http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/surfacehippy/messages

You'll be on the main " messages " page for this group.

From this page, you'll be able to read any message in the archive

by entering its number in the field entitled " Msg # " . You can also

search messages for specific words or phrases.
